COMMISSION PROCESS
1 ) ORDER
To order simply contact me on any of my social media sites or via. email: canathewolf@gmail.com
You will be asked to provide reference of your character, along with any other relevant reference material, afterwards you will be presented with a price estimate.

You will be asked to provide a small summery of your character and if needed any backstory and world info.
2 ) CONCEPT PHASE
4 ) WORK IN PROGRESS
During the work in progress phase you will presented with regular W.I.P images. (This can be disabled by asking the artist)
During this phase small changes may be suggested and may be complied with if possible.

The artist may present you with minor changes or additions to the art piece.
During the concept phase, you and the artist will discuss who the character is and how to best depict them in the artwork.

The artist will afterwards return with somewhere between 3-5 thumbnails (rough sketches) where one will be chosen or more be generated, based on feedback from the first ones (max 8 thumbnails).
Depending on the art piece, the artist may also present you with different lighting and color options.
3 ) APPROVE CONCEPT

After the Work in progress phase you will be presented with a final version to approve, after which the image file will be sent to an email of your choice.
All image files are usually saved online and to an external hard drive.
So if the file somehow gets lost, damaged, corrupted etc. Simply request a file recovery and the file will be resent to you ASAP.
After the concept phase you will be presented with a final concept to approve, after which major conceptual changes will not be accepted.
Payment will be requested after the concept is approved. Payment plans can be arranged for lager pieces (above 150 euro)
